Bio

After graduating with a master’s degree in architecture in his hometown, A Coruña, Spain, Martín began his career as an architect working in Santiago, Chile. There he assisted in the development of large-scale office buildings for the firm Allamand & Gaona Arquitectos.

Martín then obtained his registration as an architect in Spain and founded his own firm. There he developed different small and medium-scale projects in the fields of architecture and landscaping, winning some architectural competitions and awards, and collaborating with several architects.

After a few years of exclusive dedication to his own firm he joined Burgos & Garrido Architects in Madrid helping in the development of different large-scale projects. Recently Martín started a new adventure in Canada joining the team at Stuart Howard Architects.

Architecturally Martín believes in design results through sensitivity, innovation and technique with special emphasis on adaptation to the surroundings and respect for the environment to try to achieve the best design and community results.

Education & Credentials

Martín holds a Bachelor of Architectural Science, and Master in Architecture from the University College Dublin.
